PAYMENT Paypal:  Send money by email at no cost to the sender. This is our preferred method of payment Postal Orders: We can only accept British Postal Orders in Pounds Sterling. We cannot accept International Money Orders. Please ensure that with your payment you enclose a note to say what you have bought and your address. Crossed Postal Orders can now take 5-7 days to clear as they have to be put in our bank account Cheques: Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank in Pounds Sterling. We cannot accept cheques drawn on non UK banks or currencies other than Pounds Sterling. Please ensure that with your payment you enclose a note to say what you have bought and your address as we deal with large number of orders. Cheques can take 5-7 days to clear as they also need to go through the banking system. Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards through the paypal system, you don't need a paypal account for this, we can send you a payment request to your email address and you can choose to use your chosen card for payment. RETURNS Sales are final and we cannot accept returns unless the item has arrived damaged or not as described in the ad. The buyer must contact us before the item is returned. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. FEEDBACK We will always leave feedback for you once we receive your cleared payment. We would be grateful if you would leave feedback for us once you have received your product. Please don't leave negative feedback without contacting us first as we will always try and resolve any problems. Please do not use feedback to ask after sale questions - please email us instead: sales@unlockrepairstore.com NON PAYING BIDDERS You must be certain you can pay for the item before you commit to buy. As soon as you commit to buy then ebay charges the us a commission and the item is taken from sale preventing anyone else from buying it . If you then fail to pay this means you have prevented someone else from buying the item; the seller has to pay ebay the commission and the seller then has to pay to relist the item. If a buyer fails to pay they will receive an ebay payment reminder, if there is still no response a 'non paying bidder alert' will be filed with ebay and a 'strike' will be set against the buyers account. Three strikes and ebay will suspend the buyer indefinitely.
